    Must be Diploma Engineer/B.E - Mechanical or relevant, MBA – Marketing or Sales

  • Experience

    Up to 3 Years in Sales and Machine Tools Industries will be preferred.Freshers can apply if they are serious and inclined towards Sales.

  • Job Summary

    • To plan and manage direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of XL
    • CNC product range, in accordance with agreed business plans. Should be ready for extensive traveling in the assigned territory to generate maximum leads and convert it to orders.
  • Roles and Responsibilities

    • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes.
    • Conduct detailed customer requirements, discovery and analysis
    • Maintain customers and prospect database.
    • Generate sales enquiries including making cold calls for products and services offered.
    • Achieving monthly target of assigned territory.
    • Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate pre and post sales-technical commercial assistance and solutions by interacting with the management.
    • Follow up and Collect receivables and commercial documents against invoices.
    • Cover untapped area and customers for generation of new opportunities and orders. Maintain and develop existing and new customers
    • Creating/updating of competitor data base and strategies to acquire the customers.
    • Updation of daily sales calls, orders lost, analyse the reasons.
    • Work closely with XL CNC engineering team on customer requirements and new productdirection
    • Maintain a broad-level of knowledge of industry trends
    • Coordinate with back end team for execution of order.
    • MIS reports including weekly, monthly sales report
