XL CNC Machines was started by Mr M.A.Khallaq, who left HMT in 1998. He was DGM , HMT R&D Division, Bangalore and was involved in the various CNC machine tool projects right from 1970 upto 1998. Today he is at the helm of the affairs of XL CNC Machines as the chairman and technical director.
